Reiki
Reiki uses systematized hand-placements of energy centers in the palms of the therapist’s hands to stimulate self-healing and a state of equilibrium in the client. Stimulation of universal energy/KI = Reiki. Reiki was developed in 1922 by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui. Reiki has been classified as oriental medicine by some professional medical bodies.
